Good morning,
I heard you speak at the Neace Lukens conference in Louisville recently and was
thoroughly entertained and impressed with your presentation on stress. I would
like information on having you at my place of employment as a lunch-time
speaker. Can you give me information on your services?
Thank you!

Hi Mark,
I also enjoyed chatting at lunch. Your presentation was excellent and a great
way to end the conference. I am going to pass on your information to Jim Ford,
VP of Education for the KY Chamber of Commerce. He is putting together the
yearly worksite wellness conference in January. I think you would be a good fit
for that conference since stress is such a big issue in worksites...actually it
is an issue everywhere.

Thanks Mark. I too appreciated the way you let us run with our own issues
during the second half of our session, and agree with you that between the two
of us, we helped the group produce some useful outcomes.
The challenge now is follow up. Haha!
I’ve got a return engagement for you on our list of follow-up actions, so I’m
hoping it will not be too far in the future. It sounded like the fall would be
a realistic time.
Thanks for your contribution to our team in the two sessions we have had with
you. It has been fun and productive.
I’m considering this kind of work (meeting facilitation) as a post-retirement
avocation, so perhaps we can chat sometime about what might be involved from
that, based on your experience.

Hello Mark,
Thank you for bending your program backwards to help us applying your approach
to our daily problems. I think we understood better and learned more solid both
our problems and your approach. Your facilitation pushed us to think, take
actions, and be accountable for result.
Thank you for including me in your newsletter list. I’m looking forward to
learning more your wisdom and approach.
Thanks,

Hi Mark,
Thanks again for the outstanding workshop you facilitated at our recent
Supervisory Leadership Conference. You did a great job of engaging our
supervisors and providing them with knowledge they can immediately apply back in
the workplace. It was great to see all of the interaction between supervisors
from many different parts of our organization. Also, you could tell that the
participants were having great fun as they gained new insights into effective
leadership. As you can see from the attached summary evaluation data, the
conference was a huge success. I will mail you the hand-written evaluation
comments shortly. Look forward to staying in touch. Jim

Dear Mark,
Thank you so much for the wonderful workshop that you presented for the
Cleveland Council of Black Nurses. As President, I truly appreciated your
humorous, but principled approach to "Team Building". You worked miracles &
brought about an honesty that I did not think was possible.
Again, thank you & I would certainly recommend your workshops to all in the
health care fields. The program that you presented was truly "Tailor Made" for
us.

This testimonial is a group card sent by a number of the participants.
Both the personal statements and the words of the Hallmark Card deserve
highlighting. Needless to say, I feel humbled and truly touched by the
heartfelt sharing.
The Hallmark Card
Some have a gift for helping others to see the world as a place of
possibility...
Some impart wisdom or comfort and care. Some point out the path, and some
take
you there.
Some warm the heart with a human touch. You have all these gifts...
Thank you so much.
Some Workshop Participants
I was "stressed out" when came and I felt "healed" when you left. Thank
you for being a help to the helpers.
Thank you for providing us with a much-needed and very enjoyable afternoon.
Thanks for the information and entertaining presentation.
You are an inspiration to me and also my colleagues.
