Dear Mark:

On behalf of the staff of Columbia Road Health Services, I would like to thank you for your leadership of our annual team-building retreat on January 24. Your presentation style was personal and warm yet very knowledge-based. You successfully mixed advice, humor, and concern for our organization throughout your presentation. I appreciated the way you worked to encourage us to address our problems and stress inducers rather than merely "preaching" to us. With your help, we were able to tackle some tough issues in a light-hearted manner.

I think the retreat generated enough energy and commitment to change such that we can seriously pursue some of the suggestions raised by staff.  In particular, we plan to continue our efforts to improve how we manage walk-ins.

Thanks again for spending the day with us and for using your talent to improve how individual employees and the organization as a whole function and manage stress on a day-to-day basis.
