DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY HEADQUARTERS, U.S. ARMY COMMUNICATIONS-ELECTRONICS COMMAND August 15, 2001 Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel The Stress Doc Washington, DC 20009-2542 Dear Mr. Gorkin: It was a pleasure to have you provide training services to our employees on August 13, 2001. From the verbal comments of the participants to the written appraisals, the course on "Risk Management (Thinking Outside the Boundaries)" was very beneficial to our managers and supervisors. The pluses listed by the participants were many to include your personal knowledge of the subject presented, the amount of group interaction you maintained and your positive, upbeat delivery style. I personally observed the class paying rapt attention to your training. Further, I noticed their "out of the box" behavior of applause at the conclusion of the course. The latter action is not common following our training sessions and demonstrates their satisfaction for your presentation. In my capacity as a training professional and 34 year civil servant, I can honestly say you are among the elite in your field. Based on feedback and employee participation I feel that any organization, whether in the private sector or government, can benefit from your experience and array of services. Keep up the good work! Sincerely, (Ms.) Marlowe R. Boyce |
