Dear Mark,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your invaluable assistance in planning, organizing and executing a team-building program for us here at CPC East Lake Hospital.

The retreat was an obvious success and an event which provided a catalyst for improved cooperation and "team spirit" that was needed for our staff. The time you dedicated to talk with us and the expertise you shared in helping us get our "employee morale" program off the ground are most appreciated, I'm sure you will be happy to know that we already feel and see a great deal of improvement in our interpersonal and interdepartmental relationships.

We have established a morale committee and all department managers convene once every two weeks to openly and candidly discuss relevant issues, I can say, without a doubt, that we will continue on this course that you helped set and am confiident that we, our patients and others we come in contact with, will only benefit by the improvements we have made.

Thank you again for your time and energies. It was a wonderful opportunity to work with you, and I hope that, although the miles have increased from you to us, we will continue to work together in the future.
