I would like to thank you for the excellent workshop you conducted on "The Stress of Downsizing" for employees of the U.S. Courts. Every program evaluation form rated the session "outstanding."

All participants felt that the discussion, activities, and information provided helped to address and reduce the stress and loss associated with the downsizing transition at their agency. I was particularly pleased that the activities you conducted encouraged the joint participation of all attendees, despite the vast differences in their job titles.
