Our middle management was at crises level stress. In a short time you assessed where we were, what we needed, and (provided) guidance on what to do as a team. I received positive feedback from all of the participants, which is nothing short of a miracle with this group! We continue to go through downsizing. I hope to have you back for a tune-up.
