Dear Doc,

Sometimes the simplest way of expressing one's gratitude and appreciation, is to simply say "Thank you, Thank you, Thank you".

Your presentation of "Practicing Safe Stress With The Stress Doc ... Managing Stress and Building Team Morale Through Humor", at our NASFA Annual Convention held in the City of Albuquerque June 22, 2000, as you must know, was very well received. It was entertaining as well as insightful and informative to the delight of the audience. Knowing the changes in attitude of our Company management towards its agents in recent years gave you the insight to 'hit their hot button'. So much so, that you had them laughing at their psychological pain, and they didn't want to leave the room to hear the next speaker on the program. We are certainly glad we called you back because once again you 'touched' the audience.
