Thank you for presenting at the NAVSEA Training Program. On 3/22/01 the training entitled "Handling Negative Emotions in the Workplace" appeared to be well received by the NAVSEA employees. The attendance improved from the previous presentation on March 8th entitled "Managing Anger During Transition." It was obvious that the participants spread the word about the first training presented which aided in improving the attendance for the second training.

I would definitely recommend your training programs to other employers. I feel that your use of humor is helpful in getting across difficult topics. It helps to lighten the mood and enhance creativity among the participants. It is imperative to use creativity in today's workforce where there are so many capricious variables.

I hope that we will have another opportunity to work together sometime in the future.
