I would like to thank you for your assistance in working with our team of customer service representatives to recognize the components of stress in their job and identify appropriate outlets. You were extremely effective to our staff members by serving in an external role and providing channels for them to voice their concerns and frustrations. In addition, you provided a framework for follow-up which has been helpful to us for addressing ongoing issues.
