The Office of Special Services has had the good fortune to work with you. I would like to say that all of our problems have been resolved yet even you, Mark, cannot perform miracles.

The work you did for us in team-building and conflict management was the next best thing to a miracle. It was difficult work and the results are remarkable. We are now able to work as a team with less discord and when we do encounter a thorny period, we have new "skills" to draw on.
