Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you with respect to your program at our DRI Annual Meeting in October 2000. The meeting was excellent and your presentation was tremendous. Not only did you engage the audience, but every stressed-out lawyer and client who attended the meeting left your program feeling better about themselves and their situations. As a participant at your program, I appreciated how you engaged the audience with your humor and your manner, and how you were able to get all those big egos to participate in ad hoc team exercises.

I have recommended you for next year's annual meeting in Chicago and I have suggested to the Small Law Firm Symposium initiative that they consider engaging you for regional seminars.
